The Fennell family adopted Olive in 2017, at age four. She had already had multiple homes at that point, and we had been without a dog for nearly a year and a half. It is mind-boggling that Olive bounced around so many places before she found her forever family because she is the sweetest, easiest, best family dog Laura could have ever hoped for, and she is an unmitigated pleasure to live with.

Her hobbies include keeping watch at the front window, competitive squirrel-chasing with Harper, competitive deer-poop rolling with Moxie, creative cuddling, and visiting her fairy dog mother, from whom she was adopted. She is also a great little agility dog when Laura takes her to the training field, but Olive also enjoys staying home and cuddling with her favorite person, Laura's son Lincoln.
